Applicable legislation

Law No. 29733 – Personal Data Protection Law, Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS, Regulation of Law No. 29733 and Information Security Directive, approved by Directorial Resolution No. 019-2013-JUS/ DGPDP and any other that henceforth modifies or replaces said regulations.

Objective

THE COMPANY guarantees the confidentiality, security and proper use of the personal data provided by our clients, users and collaborators, and for this purpose, we adopt the technical, legal and organizational measures in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation.

The personal data that our clients, users and collaborators have provided to THE COMPANY are used in order to develop the commercial relationship and/or services that it maintains with THE COMPANY, comply with legal obligations, prepare statistical information, security and /or historical, and for the purposes of sending commercial communications, marketing products and services of THE COMPANY and/or other companies of the Aramburú Matriz Group and its strategic partners.

ARCO Rights

Clients, users and collaborators may at any time exercise their rights to information, access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in accordance with the provisions of the current Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations. To do this, they must complete an application and send it scanned to the following email: lmars1@iberostar.com or present it at the reception of our establishment.

What are Arch Rights?

Law No. 29733 – Personal Data Protection Law and its Regulations, have granted the owners of personal data the rights of information, access, cancellation and opposition, in relation to the processing of their personal data.

1. Send your application duly completed as an attachment to the email: lmars1@iberostar.com

2. Attach a copy of your identity document.

3. In case of representation of the owner of the right, attach a power of attorney with a legalized signature and the ID of the owner.

4. Attach the documents that support your request.

If you send the request by email, the system will respond within the legal period.
